Leadership & Laborer Development

Equipping laborers and developing leaders so spiritual generations continue and multiply across Rwanda and beyond.

At Navigators Rwanda, our calling is to advance the gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers—men and women living among the lost and discipling them in everyday life. We believe the catalyst for this mission is equipping laborers and developing leaders who will ensure the continuity and multiplication of the movement.

Our purpose

The work of LLD is to keep the movement alive and growing by:

  • Providing guidance, outlines, and curricula for evangelizing the lost, establishing Christ’s disciples, equipping laborers, and developing leaders.
  • Building capacity through training programs that prepare laborers and disciple-making leaders.
  • Strengthening ministry sustainability through leadership development and staff support.
Ministry-wide partnership

What we do

LLD partners closely with ministry leaders across Navigators Rwanda to ensure ministry laborers, staff, and trainees are well-equipped. Our work includes:

Training programs

  • Navigators Staff Training (1–2 years)

    Equipping staff for long-term ministry impact.

  • Conventional Income People (CIP) programs

    Such as The Ways of the Alongsider (10-week training), alongside other CIP initiatives that prepare believers to disciple within their workplaces and communities.

Staff & laborer development

  • Ongoing workshops and development packages to strengthen both spiritual and practical skills.
  • Training in administrative areas: communication, time management, fundraising, and organizational leadership.
  • Spiritual growth focus: deepening walk with the Lord, cultivating prayer, and navigating doctrinal challenges with wisdom.

Leadership & governance

  • Serving as a bridge between administrative and governance policies and ministry staff, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Promoting staff and laborer welfare and wellbeing as a foundation for effective ministry.

Through training, laborer and leadership development, LLD ensures the continuity of the spiritual generation of laborers.
